Mission Statement

Synergy fitness comprises two related concepts: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations). Synergy fitness is looking to improve general and sport exercise, correct nutrition and correct rest to improve everyday life as well as improve sport production.

What is Synergy?
Synergy is a fitness conditioning program for soccer players of all abilities in athleticism and soccer skill. Synergy develops important aspects of fitness, supporting the ability to play at more competitive levels of soccer that require speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, coordination, quickness, and balance. It is done in an exciting, fun manner in which the player advances through a series of different athletic moves that show his/her progress from each session.

How will it help my child?
In today's soccer, everyone is looking for an all-around player, and the part of training that is often overlooked is the physical conditioning that advances one's overall game. As you watch higher level youth soccer, college soccer, and the professionals they all have one thing in common - they are fit and quality athletes. Synergy fitness can provide your athlete with the competitive edge to become an advanced all-around soccer player!
